A lot of people have been debating if the United States is a democratic country or a republic. Although studies and universities have been studying and arguing to this same issue, one thing did leave people asking “What are the benefits of a republican government?”
Today, let us find out!
To some degree, the unresponsiveness of America’s political system is seemed to be designed. Indeed, the United States was founded as a republic, and not a democracy. Indeed, it lives with the saying “of the people, by the people, for the people.”
“of the people, by the people, for the people.”
In a republican government, it is obvious that selfish interests are all given up for the common good of its people, of its country. Let’s take a look are more advantages of being and having been a republican government.
Laws are Made
Laws are made by the elected representative. No monarchy is indeed served. These laws are being judged into, carefully studied and are debated to ensure its effectiveness and fairness to its people. If laws are founded unfair, they can automatically elect other leaders who can change those laws for the better.
Freedom and Prosperity
An economic pursuit benefits the entire nation and people are able to live well and happy. Freedom is served and people are allowed to get work at the legal age of 18 and have their right to enjoy their adult claims.
There is a Wilder Participation
Especially in the political process, people are active and voices out their rights and opinions. Men are independent to say whatever they want and whatever they need from the government bodies.
